"Not yet, she said she had to pick up her dress." Bridget replied. "Have you seen Shannon anywhere?" Colleen asked. ![]() "She was having so much fun, she couldn't contain herself," Bridget replied, "and neither could her trousers!" "Well, you'll have to have her drink." Alice handed a paper cup to Colleen and another to Bridget, leaving her with one for herself. "I might go and see if I can find a sewing kit or a safety pin or something." Tricia said, hands clasped over her rear and shuffling off, past Alice on her way back. I think I split my trousers." "Yep, you did." Bridget said from behind her, where she could see the black trousers had torn open to reveal pink knickers with chibi images of DC superheroes. ![]() She looked up, eyes wide and cheeks going red. "Did I? Oh, shoot, these are suede!" Tricia bent down to her shoe, and there was a brief but loud ripping sound. "There's a chocolate fountain and everything." "Yes, you got a little on your shoe." Colleen pointed out. "Hey, you two." Colleen greeted them, "having a good time?" "Yeah, they've really gone all out this year." Tricia replied. "Yeah, I tore it before, I thought I'd sewn it up but apparently not well enough." Colleen came to join them, the brunette wore a knee-length silver dress with long sleeves, the tone of the dress matched the silver snowflake hairband that she had on. "Oh, you've got a rip in your jacket." Bridget said, pointing out under Tricia's jacket sleeve, where a hole had been torn where it met the rest of the garment. "Hey, there's Colleen." Tricia said, waving towards the door. "I feel like a sausage." "I'll get us some drinks." Alice said, heading off to the side of the hall. Have you checked out the food yet?" "I'm not sure I can eat anything tonight." Bridget patted the front of her bodice, "This dress fit me a lot better when I got it last year." "Oh, you look great!" Tricia insisted. "Hi, nice outfit." Bridget looked her up and down. She saw Alice and Bridget and came over to them. Tricia was with some friends having their photos taken, but while they were in dresses the white-blonde Tricia was wearing a slim black suit and a white blouse, a black tie loose around her neck and her glasses swapped for a red-framed pair. "Hey, look at Tricia." "She decided not to go with a normal dress, then." Alice commented. "Shannon's probably still doing her hair." Alice shrugged, "she'll get here eventually." "Well, if she doesn't then we'll take photos without her." Bridget gestured to a photo booth in the far corner. "I don't see Shannon or Colleen anywhere." Bridget said, looking around. The two of them walked inside, where paper decorations and tinsel was hung up, leading the way into the disco itself.
